24 hour late cancellation policy

To avoid any late cancellation fees, please cancel within 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel on the day of your appointment or are a no show, you will be charged 50% for your cancelled session. If there are any emergencies, please let us know as soon as possible.

 

Inappropriate Behavior

Massage therapy is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. We do not tolerate any sexual behavior such as any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation or request will result in immediate termination of your session. Depending on the severity of the case, we may file a police report and you will be banned.

 

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us. PeaceIslandCo will not use your private information or share it with any person, company or entity about their services or contact information, unless the client requests to sign a release form for their physician.

 

Respecting Boundaries

Our therapists are happy to adjust the pressure, the temperature of the room, music volume, and focus on specific areas per request of the client. During the massage, clients will be modestly draped; only the area being worked on will be uncovered. Clients may choose to leave on as much clothing as comfortable and stop the massage at any time.

 

Safety Precautions

No candles shall be lit during the duration of the massage as a fire safety precaution. We will have a fire extinguisher on site in the front of the business and in the break room.

Reiki Healing 

Reiki is an energetic healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing
In Distance Reiki healing, a Reiki Practitioner channels reiki to you through a distance. Reiki is a universal energy that exists within all, and with intention, reiki will flow where it needs to go, no matter the distance, space or time.
